  • Circuit Training - burn fat and achieve muscle tone
  • Spartan Training - increase muscle size and tone to achieve that beach body look
  • Resistance Training - increase strength, power and muscle mass
  • Endurance - improve cardio vascular fitness and muscle definition
  • Home Training - I will come to you
  • Outdoor Training - In the back garden or in the park...where there's space you can train!

Training doesn't have to be a chore and I am always looking for interesting and fun ways to make exercise something to look forward too!
