How healthy are you eating? A healthy lifestyle isn't just about exercise.
Eating the right foods can help to improve the benefits seen from
training. As part of a training programme I can assess your current diet
and advise on where improvements can be made.
Diets rarely have a lasting effect and can often lead to even more weight gain once the diet has finished. The only healthy diet is a balanced diet. A balanced diet combined with the right training is by far the best way to stay fit, healthy...and happy. Believe it or not it's ok to eat fat...our bodies need fat for many processes. The key is not eating too much! The body requires saturated fat just as it needs fibre, protein, vitamins and minerals. There are certain kinds of fat that aren't healthy such as take-aways, biscuits and crisps, but as long as you are exercising, a treat now and then won't hurt! Eating a balanced diet and exercising will increase your metabolic rate meaning you can burn calories even when sleeping!
